In order to access the reseller account, two possible situations must be distinguished:
1. The resellr’s primary domain is already configured and directed to Jetserver servers.
2. The reseller’s primary domain has been set up, but its DNS is not yet redirecting to Jetserver servers.
Option 1 – The resellr’s primary domain is already configured and directed to Jetserver’s servers
Access to the account is done using a URL, you can choose several options:
https://www.yourdomain.co.il/whm
https://www.yourdomain.co.il:2087
You can also enter the server’s IP address directly instead of working with a domain.
Option 2 – The reseller’s primary domain has been set up, but its DNS is not yet redirecting to Jetserver’s servers
In this situation, you can perform all the actions described in the first option, but as a prerequisite for this work mode, you must “manipulate” your PC’s hosts file. That is: set up your PC’s operating system to direct the primary domain to Jetserver’s servers. This is how you can, only from your PC where you made the change, to access WHM and cPanel. Note: You can also log in to the reseller account from the client area at Jetserver site, after logging in using your username and password at Jetserver site:
Log in to your account at Jetserver site and click Services to display your purchased packages. Click your reseller package line:
Under Actions, click Login To WHM:
If you wish to change your WHM login password, click “Change Password”, where you can view your login details and change your password.
